Most delivery problems are not talent problems. Capable teams still miss dates, overrun budgets, and burn out because the system around them is unclear: shifting requirements, thin governance, inconsistent process, and communication that breaks down under pressure. Layering new tools or AI on top only moves faster in the wrong direction. Tanjibly exists to fix the system, so good people can do their best work and leaders can trust the outcomes.
We follow the PMI principle of tailoring: no one-size-fits-all methodology and no process for its own sake. We assess how your organization actually delivers, then introduce the smallest set of changes that create the biggest improvement. Practical governance, clear ownership, and documentation people will actually use. The goal is maturity you can sustain without us.

Meet the Founder
Tanjibly is led by Erik Hughes, PMP, a product and delivery leader with more than 20 years of experience turning business needs into working software. He is certified by the Project Management Institute (PMP) and Pragmatic Institute (Product Manager Certified, PMC-II), and holds an MBA from BYU's Marriott School of Business. Erik currently leads backlog prioritization and delivery readiness for a higher education institution serving 100,000 students worldwide, and earlier led product management at enterprise software companies including Symantec and Computer Associates, both now part of Broadcom.
Tanjibly, LLC provides independent product and functional analysis services and is set up to engage as a corporation-to-corporation vendor.
